Before any goods can be returned, please email for a return authorization number. Please ensure to state the reason for return. Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days from receipt date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging; shipping fees are non-refundable. You will then be asked to ship or deliver the product back to Virulent Valmont at your own expense. Once your return has been received by us, you will have your payment refunded within 3-7 business days (minus a restocking/cancellation fee) ALL cancelled orders are subject to a restocking/cancellation fee of 15% ALL ITEMS BOUGHT AT A SALE PRICE ARE FINAL SALE

They include but are not limited to, sale or clearance items, special order, non stock products.

Proof of Purchase

We require a copy of the original receipt in order to process a return. Any funds provided will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase.

A full refund will be provided when you return for the below reasons (within 30 day return period) ONLY, all order orders are subject to a restocking fee :
• Defective items (no fault of customer)
• Wrong item shipped

Price Protection/Price Guarantee

We DO NOT offer price protection or price guarantees on any items. Our sale prices are determined and governed by the supplier, we cannot offer price protection on any items that are bought at regular price and then go on sale OR on items that are on sale and a bigger discount or sale price is offered on that item after it is purchase. ALL sale items are FINAL SALE.
